Cannot connect to server with any online character

I have made several online characters and could play on them with no issues until about a month ago. now every time I try to start a game with one it tries to connect for about a minute before an error pops up saying disconnected from the server.

Iā€™m stuck at the Login screen, spinning circle when selecting Play Online. :frowning:
