On a somewhat similar note, I think this is also a general problem not just specifically with potions, i.e. here is a case where I cannot pickup a shard because it happened to drop in a spot I can’t reach https://imgur.com/a/WDbbziN . Increasing the pickup radius here would also solve that problem.
