Paladins “Haste on heal when below endurance thresh old” doesnt work when full hp.
You are not considered to be healing when you cast a healing spell on yourself while full hp.
I was planning on getting permanent haste by proccing heals on my paladin by gaining little hp and as much endurance threshold as possible, currently both are around 1,1k, with endurance being slightly higher, but i dont get the haste buff.
So i would suggest allowing on heal effects to trigger when a heal would occur instead of when there is actually health being restored by a heal.
this feels very clunky as of right now and was not rewarding at all for the time it took to gear such a character.
You don’t heal if you are full HP outside of some interactions with leech. When your endurence is higher then your hp you are alway in the endurence range so I would be suprised if this skill is even trigered if you HP wasn’t higher then your endurence to begin with.
When I was playing my Healing Hands Paladin, for a while I used the skill not via a trigger (melee attack/smite), so it would always shoot out divine bolts.
I used 4% missing health gained as ward gloves just to keep my HP barely below maximum at all times, so I would heal with every attack from Healing Hands.
If you add the experimental affix that makes you lose current health/second on gloves you can make all of these heal effects work all the time. T1 is enough. You can just seal it on gloves and be done with it.
If you have a lot of HP regen you might be “full health” soemtimes when you heal yourself. But if its really a problem try to avoid health regen and if it still is an issue try get T2, T3 oder higher on the affix.
This method work 100% though. It is not an idea, it works.
You just need more %current health lost then hp regen, which shouldn’t be an issue
