I know its a PoE thing but I Looooove some flicker strike and would be amazing if we got a spin off of that in this game.
I think thematic it would fit for either Void Knight âshort time travelsâ, or spellblade for teleporting theme.
Could also imagine alot of cool nodes for the tree, to use it either as a sustained damage spell or maybe a medium cooldown that strike several times per activation.
They should let us teleport if we use Shield Throw to proc Smite (Descend Node).
I would like to not see this. My experience with this skill feels very anti multiplayer and I am hoping we see a much better multiplayer experience here
Totally agree on the multiplayer/group Play part. While that is one particular skill that kinda can make playing multipalyer kinda senseless i think in reference to PoE there are foundational other problem that cause this in PoE.
Just denying the game a chance to have a certain skill/playstyle because of that is not healthy i think. as long as the whole skill stays balanced and not mandatory for âfast buildsâ
I just wanna emphasize that i am a strong adversary of that whole âgotta go fastâ rushing playstyle so prominent in PoE. Thatâs one of the main reason i donât play PoE anymore, because there was never a âplaying togetherâ feeling when i partyed up with my friends.
A good point, especially for party play. I think a refined version of it could be pretty fun though. Another downside to it in PoE was the Desync especially when you use Multistrike. PVP though it never really gives on any more advantage than any other skill.
I donât know Iâd call it anti-multiplayer but it does have a few rough edges I think could be smoothed out in this game. I know Heavy mentioned cooldown tweaks that could make it less spammy which I think would bring it down to where people arenât coasting off in an area so much as in PoE.
It could work if it had a cooldown and could only store so many charges though.
