Can we apply multiple stack of DoTs in 1 hit?

Hello guys ive been away from the game for awhile now and i completly forgot about DoT’s mechanics…

Can i apply multiple bleed stack in a single hit if i have for example… 300% bleed chances?

i’ve been looking foward into puncture skill on the rogue. Without any items and with the right passive/skills nodes i should be able to reach 990 bleed chances+ the 5 bleed stack on third attack.

Now i just need to find a way to attack faster and find something too sustain mana ^^ Kinda hard on ssf HC but i’ll get there… 1 day XD

Edit: i gotta keep my bloodthirsts stack up for that amount of bleed% too ***<

Every 100% is one stack so if you have 300 that’s 3. 250? 2 stacks with a 50/50 chance for a third.
