Can we add a key to force stop movement when holding it?

When I’m channeling Focus with Mana Guide amulet and Transient Rest boots equipped, I want to move for 2 seconds and stop for 1 frame to gain Ward from Transient Rest without cancelling channeling of Focus. But I can’t do this without a force stop key.

But before that there’s a problem.
When I hold left mouse button and keep the cursor right at the center of the character. The character stops moving. And I keep the cursor where it was and hold key of Focus and start channeling, the character starts to move. This means while you are channeling Focus with Mana Guide you are not able to stand still (force stop movement will also force stop channeling)?

While I would indeed like a Force Stop Movement key, I’m willing to bet, based on the wording of the amulet, it won’t solve your dilemma.

“While channelling Focus you move towards your current target location at 80% of your normal movement speed”

That wording implies moving “while channeling focus” is a feature, not an option. So I think it’s intentional that you can’t stop if you channel focus and have that amulet on.
