Can the Loot Filter create rules to look for exact combinations of affixes? For example, say you wanted to create a rule for a two-handed staff with 2 exact prefixes, and one specific suffix? Is that possible or will that be expanded upon in a future update?

Also, mini-map icons and drop sounds would be amazing future updates as well.

No, that features is no currently implemented. EHG did receive tons of feedback on the loot filter already and they ackknowledged alot of it. It’s just a matter of time, but i am sure the loot filter will get further improved.

There is a “workaround” for what you specifically want, but this only works really well for magic items, but not so well for rare items.

You can create a hide rule for items with literally every undesired affix. ( i would make individual rules for specific slots (like Staff in your example)

If you then create a show or recolor rule for desired affixes you can also put a affix tier condition in that rule.

If you create this rule with a Magic Rarity Condition there will be only magic items with: 1 or 2 desired affixes.

If you create this rule for a rare item, the downside is, that a item with 3 desired but 1 undesired affixes would be hidden.

I think the drop sounds were initially planned if i am not mistaken, but didn’t make it in, so i am sure they will also come eventually.
