Can somone name the rarest unique drops there is?

I come from path of exile and there are several chase items i wonder if in last epoch is also some chase items wich are extremely rare to drop? maybe somone could name those uniques so i would know when to scream like a little girl when i droped something exceptionally rare

One that is very very rare would be Orians eye amulet. Insanely rare
300ish hours so far and still have not obtained one

I guess, there is a difference between rarity and “true chase item”, because some of the pretty rare items are pretty niche.

Generally speaking the 2 most common chase items, that are very popular are Ravenous Void (Gloves) and Orian’s Eye (Amulet).

There are a couple more very rare items, which not necessarily are super popular or used though: Like Paranoia (Helmet), Omnividence (Staff) or Jungle Queen’s Chaps of Holding (Belt).

There are also a bunch of pretty good decently rare uniques, that are definitely very good getting and seeing how good their rolls are, like Bastion Of Honour (Shield) or Aurora’s Time Glass (Amulet)

Another drop, which is no random drop, but a boss drop, which still is pretty rare and super exciting to get would be Omnis (Amulet), that is not build enabling or anything, but has HUGE roll ranges and can be very very powerful.
