Im loocking for this boots Last Steps of the Living item database says it drops from Frost Lich Formosus im not sure if this the boss from lvl 75 MoF ?!
Can i also gamble this unique?
You cannot gamble for boss specific uniques
Yes, Formosus is the boss of the level 75 timeline “Blood, Frost, and Death”. As FoE mentions, the Last Steps of the Living can not be gambled for (as it is a boss specific item). Though, I tend to check both LastEpochTools.com and LastEpoch.tunklab.com for this kind of info.

I want these boots too, but they seem to have a low drop rate and only finding Formosus the boss once every 12+ runs on the time makes them a Non Need from a need. I have held myself back on that tier of MoF far too long for a non rewarding experience for a piece that would be top tier but is just too hard/RnGesus to get reliably and at a difficulty that is non rewarding.
