Skipping over act 8 then completing act 9 causes Yulia to bug out. In Thetima she’s stuck on her post act 8 dialogue, with the act 8 quest stuck on “Speak with Yulia in Thetima”.
I did the act 5 to 9 skip, then later on decided to finish of the main quest since you can’t unpin it.
Same bug that’s been reported over the last few years, reports auto-locked due to age so making a bew one. Letting us unpin main quests would also be a fine solution.
I am having the same issue. Skipped the campaign and I cannot clear the active quest “Liath and Thetima.” It is stuck on “Speak with Yulia in Thetima.” Speaking with her does nothing and the quest is just stuck on the screen.
It is super annoying to be clearing monoliths with active campaign quests stuck on my HUD.
After 1.2.1 re-talked to Yulia+Harton+Grael in Thetima, Yulia+Harton in Soreth’ka and Yulia in Maj’elka. No change.
Interestingly, entering Maj’elka Lower District then imediately going back to Upper District re-triggers the snake queen cutscene minus the dialogue. Camera just pans to her then creepily stares for 10-15 seconds lol
