Campaign dialog improvements or adds?

Compared to other RPG’s, there are so many NPC dialog points that are only readable and not narrated. It makes the game/campaign feel like an indie game - kinda low budget. Will there be any improvements to this in the future, like filling in key points in the campaign with actual narrated dialog?

It doesn’t have to go to the level of PoE2, but it really could and should be improved IMO.
