I was in the Forsaken Trail and I teleported thinking it would take me to Council Chambers. But instead it took me to cultist camp (even tho I hadn’t been to cultist camp yet)
I take the waypoint back to council chambers and it does the panning it does the first time you enter council chambers but it gets stuck.
