I have an old primalist from 1.0 era. I reinstalled and logged back in recently, after doing an echo I noticed some odd behavior from my skills, so I check and both avalanche and warcry had no assigned points. So I reassigned them according to what I remembered from my build.
Problem is, that did nothing.
Avalanche behaves as if it had no skill points assigned.
Warcry does the same.
And I also noticed that storm crows does the same as well.
All 3 skills currently have all their skill points assigned, but the game seem to disregard them.
Avalanche should be following me.
Warcry should be producing maelstrom stacks.
Storm crows should be doing cold damage and be a traversal skill.
None of that is happening, and I don’t know how to fix it.
Thankfully I can still play with my 1/3 of a build.
My character is Kherahn, a lv82 shaman on legacy.
