Burning amber usable outside the instance

Title says it all. I normally play with a controller and after doing the lightless arbor instance I accidently pressed the left d pad direction and summoned the burning amber. I was able to place it on the ground and pick it up again. A relog fixed the issue if it really counts as one, it didn’t seem to do anything other then exist. I will post a pic if I can recreate the bug.

Was able to recreate it. I did lightless arbor rank 2 dungeon and upon porting out to the end of time hitting the button to summon it causes it to appear. Still not sure if it really does anything other exist.
