Build that uses Endurance/Threshold and Ele DoT well?

Yesterday I dropped a pretty crazy exalted belt. Its the first time I’ve seen triple exalted mods on gear. It’s on a mana base and I had to seal a phys damage mod, which seems a little unfortunate, but it’s got:

  • T6 Ele DoT
  • T7 Endurance Threshold
  • T6 Endurance

I’d think just throwing it on a generic health build is a bit of a waste since I can’t get hybrid health on it. So I was wondering if there were any classes, skills, or uniques that can more specifically take advantage of these stats. Any suggestions?

Ignite Hungering souls lich. Lich has great synergy with Endurance stats because they apply to both lifepools (Reaperform and normal form). I think Dreadful should have a Video on the build, second…

The Curse also has one, another great content creator imo:

Also, a ward taken from mana before life Fractured Crown mage would fit pretty well with that.
