Hello,
currently I am playing Wraith Build, so not sure if this affects all minions or just Wraiths but, if you have an affix on Boosts that lets u teleport your minions around you when u use movement skill, it completely bricks the minions.
They dont moove, become immortall, u cant unsummon them but they skill take up your active minion count and are visible, with this aftyer I use movement skill 2 times, all of my minions stop attacking and nothing helps, they even travel between monoliths with me, loading into a new zone doesnt help, they are permanently stuck, only thing that resets them is relog.
ANother thing that bugs them out is, when u finish the map, and u still have wraiths up and u TP out, the wraiths TP with u and completely bug out because their HP doesnt go down anymore and u are screwed as well, Also on Crab Boss when it tps u downstairs with all the Wraiths, it bugs them all out too, making all your wraiths do 0 dmg and frozen, literally making it impossible to kill that boss
