Bugged during the quest "The Immortal Empire"

Hello,

I’m currently stuck in the quest “The immortal empire” when I need to travel to the imperial era.

There is no portal to reach the imperial era, only the portal to “Real of the forgotten” even though I have already finished that quest and I can’t travel through the map neither.

Any idea on how to solve this issue? Thank you in advance!

Speak to the bloke next to the forgotten knight to open up the portal to go to the Imperial era.
