Bug with Multistrike and Smite as well as Paladin

Making a Multistrike casting Smite build. I have used it in the past however, now it seems that the smite casts aren’t that consistent. You can use multistrike and certain enemies just wont proc the smite to happen. I have moved around and tried to get the enemy to move with about 50% luck. It’s not a range issue, they can be right on top of each other or even a little bit off and it will still happen.

The other bug I noticed is the passive from choosing Paladin “increased damage based on life” doesn’t seem to be working or at least not changing tool tip damage. I would say not working because the damage output numbers look the same on 100% health and 50% health.

Would love to see these fixed soon as it is a nerf to an entire mastery as well as the interaction between the two skills.

I know the developers care a lot so I know this will get fixed, so thank you in advance, just wanted to make sure it was reported. I didn’t see it on the forums anywhere yet.
