When teleporting out of a monolith, i get ported into what looks like a black hole, I can run around but cannot interact with anything. Only restarting the game allows me to play again.
This happens solo and party play, I have re-installed and verified game cache, issue still persists. average 1 in every 10 teleports, so its quite often
