I was trying to edit an existing loot filter. When I tried to duplicate one rule, it will cause the bug. I was not able to drag rules up/down, there will be gaps between rules, rule numbering wont shown correctly, and the worst one was rules will keep duplicating to thousands of them and crash the game.
