I’m trying to add the fourth and final point into ‘Charged Steel’ in the Shuriken Tree but it just keeps saying -1 Skill Point removed?
Same for me, cant allocate 4/4 point. Getting only audio of allocating point.
But respeccing whole skill let you allocate 4/4 points.
