I hope you’re all doing well?
I have a small issue: my faction level has been reset as well as my chest.
I started playing in SF with a character at level 97 and another at 94, and last night I tried HC. Well, I died xD … ^^ I then deleted my dead characters. This morning, when I logged back into my level 97 character, I noticed that my faction level was reset as well as my chest; it’s completely empty 
That’s my bug and what happened from A to Z
