I recently did have an issue that was actually previously addressed in another post. However it was so generic that finding the root cause was so hard given the amount of similar reports that weren’t however dealing with the specific issue I had.
I wish EHG would have someone compile a Known Issues thread in the bug reports section so it was easier to view known issues at any given time rather than wade through previous posts searching for the issue your having.
I understand it is completely my fault for not finding the root cause from the search function, but I believe something like this would make the process smoother. Just my two cents on the matter.
