Runemaster Passive - Celestial Doom is not proccing the 7 point ward bonus… I am currently using lightning frostclaw (costs 16.2 mana per cast) to Apply Brand of Deception but i am not being rewarded the 100 ward per secondduring Rare and Boss fights.
This worked last , but for some reason it fails to proc this Current cycle. This causes a big problem for my char because I have purposely raised the cost of my Frostclaw ability just so i could apply Brand of deception for that ward that i really need for Boss fights.
The Mana regeneration for this has become a problem to maintain, but is worth it if Celestial Doom Passive in the Runemaster tree is fixed… Please look into this asap!
Bump+ Ive tested this and the 7 point bonus in Celestial Doom passive in Runemaster tree does not proc the 100 ward per second during Boss fight, with Brand of Deception on boss. I dont know if it works with other Brands, but I use deception and it doesnt work as stated… Thank you in Advance!
