Bug: Power of the Storm Not Proccing Storm Bolt

Power of the Storm: While you have 6 or more stacks [of Maelstrom], you cast Storm Bolt at a nearby enemy each second.

Currently, it does not cast Storm Bolt at all above 6 stacks. Even with 25 stacks, it did not cast Storm Bolt. It also does not appear to cast Storm Bolt when I have Gathering Storm stacks (only the normal Storm Bolt casts that would occur from Gathering Storm). This bug occurs while Maelstrom is cold and when it is physical converted. It also occurs while Gathering Storm (and Storm Bolt) is lightning and when it is physical converted.

I just tested this in the arena as well. I am having same problem. It kind of looks like one storm bolt gets cast as soon as maelstrom procs (I have the Lagon’s Slumber insta 3 stack of maelstrom + Strong Tides reduced stack requirement for storm bolt), but then above the theoretical 3 stack req, no more continuous storm bolt.

This means that the “Energized” node (storm bolt is cast at additional targets) is not working either… making that whole portion of the tree essentially useless right now.
