I came back to LE a couple of days before 8.4 and I am happy to see the new changes. With that said, I remember reading that exalted items could roll affixes of tiers 6 and 7. Over my last 30 hours or so of play, I saw several dozen exalts, and none had a T7 affix or a double T6 affix. Are these items possible in the current build?
Yes, theyâre just rare.
I have ~400 hours played and have never seen a T7, and only have 2 double T6 items. Theyâre super rare.
Are you playing area level 90 content? You have to be doing area level 90+ content to get t7 exalted items. 400 hours in you shouldâve seen those or you are just very unlucky
Ah, thatâs a good point! I would say with how often I reroll characters I have probably only spent ~100 of those hours played in level 90+ areas. Empowered monoliths just feel so grindy/same-y, I usually end up switching builds by level 85. lol
Yeah in my experience you shouldnt even be worrying too much about really top tier items until you are at least level 80+. Even if you get exalted items most of the time their on such terrible bases otherwise their pointless anyway if your not farming high enough level content.

P.S. I did;t know about the 90+ requirement. I am at the 90 area for the last 5 hours. I spent time getting the lower timelines first. So, will see.
P.P.S. Just got one! T7 movement speed of 29. A few lucky crafting outcomes later, ended with a nice pair of boots.

I feel like you guys are missing the whole thing where EHG just made Legendary items specifically to keep Exalted items and low level Uniques relevantâŚ
It literally doesnât matter that your exalted affix is on a shitty base if you can slam it onto a unique to make a legendary.
We havenât miss anything. Bad T6 affix is not going to be used. Also, bases matter as, at least in a broader sense because you must combine items of the same type. Finally, max LP so far I have seen is 2, on an unique that I am not using anyway.
It doesnt matter
if you find a Sword with Exalted chance to chill you can Chaos the other rolls, or just add rolls you want then hope if you add it to a unique it wont choose the Chill roll
You are simply over looking what you can do
