Hi there. Lvl 14 Acolyte. Trying to enter “Forsaken Trails” zone, as I follow the campaign quests… However, I am having difficulting zoning in… Every time, as loading screen comes up- an error box opens and the game alt-f4’s… I’ve tried turning off my PC, etc. I’ve troubleshooted and tried entering other zones via port/ zone portal(no issue)… Any suggestions/help? I just purchased the game… just hit this wall of sorts and don’t know how to fix it. Appreciate any help!

it may seem unrelated, but try swapping your audio output in windows before entering the zone transition into the area that’s crashing you.
i have a persistent bug where i crash when loading between certain zones, and i have extremely good success rate with just swapping audio outputs before entering those problematic zones.
i’ve submitted a bug report about it in the past and a dev replied to it, so it’s at least something that’s on their radar.
I gave that a try- swapping audio outputs. Didn’t have any effect unfortunately. Oddly, I thought hm, maybe its the class? So I leveled a Primalist to lvl 14 and got to the same point, still crashed.
EDIT Reinstalled the game, figured that it had to be a corrupt map mile. Did the trick!
Verifying the game files in Steam is usually a good try as well.
