i got all my skills level 22 (+2 from items), and every time i level my character it resets all my skills by 1, not a game changer but annoying lol. Weird thing is, it is not every time i level, it is like 1/3 times it will reset my skills by 1. To clarify, i do not mean it removes 1 level, but randomly gotta put 1 skill back into all skills. (still have the level just gotta put it back in)
