Bug Moonlit Shrine duplicate goal

In “Moonlit Shrine” exist one goal to “Return the moon fragment to the west altar inte Moonlite Shrine” thios goal its duplicatesd for me, one its complete and the other not. this dont continue to history line. what happend please help me.
