Bug: Monolith vender not resetting at all

Issue

When completing an Echo (no matter the which which fate is visited) and the vender appears, buying an item and completing N Echos after does not reset the vender loot, no matter the time elapsed.

How to reproduce

  1. Teleport to any Fate, start an Echo
  2. Buy an item from the vender in the end “room” of the Echo
  3. Run another Echo
  4. Vender is not reset
    alt -
  5. Run N echos
  6. Vender is not reset
    alt -
  7. Wait N time
  8. Vender is not reset

My assumption this is not intended - feel free to close if intentional
