But yeah, it’s odd that they don’t allow uploading of jpg files.
That filter is hiding all helmets (except Wolf helmets) & there are no unique Wolf helmets, so that looks like it’s working.
Also, it may be that you had hit Z which hides all item ground labels.
I had the same after killing Argentus. The loot contained a set piece (among other items) which I could not select to pick up. My loot filter specifically shows all unique and set pieces, but this loot was unclickable. I disabled the loot filter and kept pressing X, but it did not show me the items for pickup. I had to give up the loot and move on.
When running around the God hunter’s platform in frustration, I noticed that the quest to kill Argentus was active again, even though I had just killed him. Perhaps this somehow ‘flushed’ the items present on the floor? Just a speculation, as I can not speak for the circumstances surrounding the OP’s event.
I tested all the filters including without, it is not clickable. By restarting the game it has not been represented since. it is important that this floss bug fix.
