[Bug] Frozen game for about 30s when cast Entangling Roots the first time login in-game

OS:
Window 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 19042)
i7-8700 CPU 3.20GHz
Memory: 16G
VGA: GTX 1070 Ti
Step to reproduce:

  1. Login account
  2. Teleport to some map
  3. Cast Entangling Roots
  4. Game freeze about 30s
  5. If the user press the mouse button error popup is displayed and tell the user to wait or kill the app
  6. If the user wait for the 30s the game is comeback with no issue
    Note:
  7. Sorry for unable to record the video
  8. If need more info please give me some advice
  9. User has encountered this bug 3 times today
