Bug - Can't go further in "a Study in time"

*What went wrong?: i play offline (level 30) Forge Guard: “a Study in time” → I completed 3 of 4 part-tasks - i get the Office’s Crest - so i get 3 completed part-tasks - and the fourth said: Travel back to the Imperial Era and return to the Sealed Door in the Great College of Welryn. — BUT - when i do this - i gat NO new menu-item to click - its just as if i did not have the crest - but i got it. So please correctg this bug - i cant complete this mission. I treveld severla times back and again and again - but nothing changed - i end the game - started it new - the mission-text is the same - but the error resists :frowning: *
Please correct this - i cant get the reward of a passive point :frowning:
