Buff Attributes Effect

The current state of attributes seems a bit lackluster . I feel you simply take the one that gives you the most damage for the skill you are using.

it would be nice to add some secondary effects to each attribute.
ie.,

strength - adds 1 hp per point
Inteligence - adds 1 mana per point
Dexterity - adds 0.5% crit avoidance per point
Attunement - adds 2% mana regeneration per point
Vitality- adds 1% increased life per point

This would help increase surviveability for life based classes and give a reason to off-stat on characters. We would even have more options for some of the skill tree - as taking mana efficiency could be offset by high attunement instead.
