Generally, you should include:
I was playing with my siblings who had progressed further in the story than myself and were helping me to catch up. We did the quest with the objective to “travel down the mountain” and an animation played out where Rahyeh was fighting Heorot, and then it skipped the entire rest of the chapter, locking me out of the entire rest of the story. I can not progress any further due to this bug.
