Broken quest chain, out of order (PLAYABLE)

I was questing normally with a friend. During the transition into “The Sheltered Wood” from “The Council Chambers” it placed me into “The end of Time” allowed me to progress the story and pick a mastery at level 11.

After which I teleported to my friend in “The Sheltered Wood”. Upon transitioning to “The Surface”, it placed me into “HEOBOREA” in the Divine Era. This allowed me to accept the other main story quests.
