There’s a little brain icon in bot right that pops up. I’m pretty sure it’s supposed to be telling you you have a new point in the “skills and specializations” panel. But it does absolutely nothing. You click it and it brings you to that panel but there’s nothing there to do. This has happened to me multiple times already and I’m only lv 20. Here’s a vid: https://imgur.com/a/1jNQdlZ
