In the pathway just before the Spymaster Zerrick fight there is an area of the level where any ranged attacks are targeted directly at my feet. The area extends from Here to here. Here is a Video of me trying Puncture, Shurikens, and Detonating Arrow.
I can repeat this multiple times with reloading the instance as well as relaunching the game. I only noticed this because i was shooting enemies and they were not taking any damage other than for the explosion of the Detonating Arrow.
