Boss Fight Bank Increase as a Reward

I’m new to this, and I apologize in advance if what I am going to request has already been suggested.

It occurred to me that nearly anything I could suggest has probably been thought of, but just in case, I would like to ask for an increase to the amount of timeline boss fights one can store to be at a minimum doubled.
As a way to make the change feel rewarding I considered the possibility of it being tied to player progression through corruption. A player would get an additional fight stored at corruption 250, and another at 500. For good or bad, I would enjoy it, and imagine at least a couple of other people would too.

What would be the point in storing the fights, other than storing a dozen or more boss fights, respec for a boss killing build, then respec back to a map clearing build (which is something EHG doesn’t want to encourage)?

The point in storing four fights instead of the two we already can, is to not have to pick up items to envy at the end of the rotation to complete prophecies that require three boss fights.

Glyphs of envy are great QoL. I am not complaining about the state of the game at all. I love it, and if this never happened I would still be able to run fights back to back, for as long as I had the mats to do so. This would just avoid a needless break in the rotation. A bit of QoL and completely harmless to the current or future state of the game.

Glyphs of Envy and the Weaver mechanic make it easy to do exactly what you suggest they don’t support. I don’t see why EHG would care how their player base has fun with the game. As long as people aren’t hacking, duplicating items, using outside interference, or otherwise cheating, I don’t think people should concern themselves with what anyone else is doing.

What’s a point? 4 at full stability bar? Use glyphs of envy after 2 kills :saluting_face:
If you need boss’s loot - add it on echoes with Weaver tree

Yeah, I don’t get the difference between using envies twice every 2 runs rather than once every 4 runs. You’d still need to use the same number over the same time period.

I feel stupid for even suggesting it. I just wanted the opportunity to be able to complete prophecies that require three boss fights without having to turn off my loot filter to pick up items to envy. It seemed like a simple thing to implement with little impact to the way most people play the game.

From the responses I’m getting, it’s just a waste of time and a terrible suggestion. I get it. I appreciate the feedback.

Yeah, you guys are right. Like I said a couple of times it would have just felt like a little QoL for me. I didn’t have some grand plan or expect it to be a reinvention of the wheel. I personally would have appreciated it. I don’t socialize often or put myself out there to avoid feeling this stupid.

I don’t think you came across as stupid, so don’t worry about it.
There just seems to be little to gain from this when you can already do this right now.

As for not wanting to turn off the loot filter halfway through the bosses, you can simply, at some point while building stability, just pick up a few random trash items which you can then use. Either keep them in inventory or stash them temporarily.

I do that already. Much of the time while I’m doing prophecies I try and max my chances for 4lps by feeding entirely too much quantity, which is why I thought to ask for what I did. I knew it wasn’t some major breakthrough. It was mostly selfish and with the way I play and approach games, would have made my experience just a little better overall.

I know what we have already is more than good enough. I love this game.

What about boss+harb w/o killing a harb? I’m a MG dude, but (I’m aware of many starts) portal after boss seems a good :roll_eyes: decision (if not fixed)

In CoF there are prophecies that require you to kill a specific timeline boss three times.

Yes. But not a harbinger. Kill boss, tp and restart fight - this is how friends of mine were doing these prophecy
