Boot implicits

I find the selection of boots for end game Empowered setups to be quite limiting. Especially the fact that there isn’t a boot which has Endurance like gloves have with Engraved Gauntlets.

So my suggestions for Boots would be:

  • change Shrine boots to have Endurance% roll not Stun and incr armor to same as Heoborean
  • add Lightning Res to Brigadine Boots so that we can cover any of the 3 ele res elements with a pair of boots (range needs to be same as Heoborean so can still cover 75 res with 1 suffix additional)

Then regarding Gloves:

  • add another gloves so have 9 same as boots ---- and make it Poison res so can cover Poison, Necro & Void with gloves — roll with range similar to Crusader Gauntlets so can still cover 75 with 1 suffix roll
  • incr Outcast gloves Necrotic range (also to cover with 1 additional suffix roll) and incr armour roll so that it can be end game appropriate

I know some of you will say but poison res not important. I am assuming devs will fix that going forward as pointless to have a damage type nobody cares about.
