Bone Golem keeps burning after adding specialization point

I’m using the “Bone Growth” specialization for Summon Bone Golem, which adds 150% of my health regen to the bone golems.

As you can see in this image, I have 528 health regen, so my golems should have at least 764, plus their own regen from items (which is several hundred in this case).

I am also using Infernal Shade with the Devour In Flames + Subjugation + Soulfire specialization nodes

I took the following actions:

  1. Summon a Bone Golem
  2. Add a new specialization point to the Bone Golem skill (which node doesn’t seem to matter. I put points in Amalgam of Sentinels once, and Unnatural Speed another time)
  3. Attach Infernal Shade to a Bone Golem
  4. After the Infernal Shade has ramped up a bit, I recast it on the same Bone Golem to reset its damage.

At this point you can see that the Bone Golem is only taking a small amount of damage (188) compared to its regen. But it is in fact continuing to lose life, until it eventually dies.

I can also reproduce this consistently whether the Infernal Shade is attached to the golem before or after spending the specialization point.

So, it seems that existing Bone Golems’ health regen is recalculated incorrectly when adding specialization points to them.

This is easily worked around by resummoning the Bone Golems after upgrading them. It just came as a surprise when they all started dying!
