Bone Curse's Cloven Flesh bugged with Misery

With both Misery (necro conversion) and Cloven Flesh (bleed chance), Bone Curse is not applying either Bleed or Damned. I was hoping the Necro conversion would apply Damned, but it doesn’t apply either Damned or Bleed.

I’m testing against the training dummies in Champions Arena. I can see both Damned and Bleed working when I test other skills, but I only see Bone Curse and Marked for Death when testing this Bone Curse setup.

I really wanted Rip Blood and Cursed Ground, so I need at least 3 points in Cloven Flesh, but those are 3 wasted points.

I think I finally figured it out. It grants other hits the ability to cause bleeds. It would be nice if the necro conversion converted this bleed chance into damned chance, but I guess it’s working as intended…
