Bone curse Signet of Agony/Sigil of Mortality interaction not working

Hello,
The bone curse passive skill nodes Signet of Agony and Sigil of Mortality are not interacting properly. The aura does not apply marked for death, It doesn’t do it at any point in time, not on initial cast, not during the aura, and not on aura toggle off. However it does infuriatingly increase the mana cost of the toggled aura. My skill tree for the skill looks like so https://imgur.com/R6yhHXl.
