Marrow Shards is spec’ed so that pierce CAN happen, no “Apathy” node, and yes “Bones of the Follower”.
Bone Curse is speced with “Bone Prison” and “Shattered Prison”.
When I cast Bone Curse, it makes a wall. When I use Marrow Shards into the wall, it pierces. This is expected and good.
However, when the “Bones of the Follower” node procs and consumes one chunk of the Bone Curse Wall, that wall can no longer be pierced by Marrow Shards. This is bad and unexpected, as far as I can tell.
