I have done as much testing as I can on my end. With the patch the skill Chaos bolts was introduced. In the skill tree you can make it so Chaos bolts casts a bone curse at targets that are cursed. There is a skill passive in the Bone curse tree that makes it so enemies that die with bone curse have a chance to give you bone armor. I have never received the bone armor buff through bone curses casted by Chaos bolts. If you need any additional information ill keep an eye on this thread.

Pretty sure the passive node is just not working. I have swapped to transplant for now, hopefully it gets fixed because bone curse is a huge dps increase over using the bone armor from transplant.
