Does anyone know what the base damage, scaling, and +spell damage coefficient is for this ability? Does it scale with the more damage nodes in the skill tree?
I’m sorry I don’t know, but this should not be in the “Bug” section. You may want to recategorize it if you want peole to see it and answer 
No idea what the base damage is, the added damage effectiveness is likely 100% (unless otherwise stated), it’ll scale with all relevant damage modifiers in the skill tree (because it doesn’t say it won’t) and its tags are likely phys/spell/int.
