While in party and entering the travelers camp my body duplicated. The screen was stuck on a stationary duplicate of myself, while I was moving and casting spells from the non-focused double. Had to relog to fix the issue, see attached imgur link:
Same thing happened to me while in a party with a friend. My friend duplicated upon entering the ulatri cliffs and could move with one body but only perform actions on the other with the camera focusing on either at different points in time.
