I know this has been reported but the entire Boardman’s set and in particular the sceptre “Boardman’s Plank” appears to be broken. The 21% chance to spawn a storm totem never occurs as far as I can tell after testing for quite some time.
I’m sure you are aware of this but I just wanted to bring some attention to it since this bug makes any build around it completely useless. Thanks!!
I can confirm also broken. Had a sweet build Idea using this with the lightning nova on death proc. It just never summons. I dont think I ever got the lightning damage bonus and my companion wasnt granted enrage, Just all around not working.
