Easy fix for boardman sceptre:
1: tempest totems should be allowed to summon storm totem. ATM only the melee part of tempest strike works.
2: buff the damage of lightning nova in the storm totem tree,

In general There are a lot of subskill that procs on totems death that are actually useless. With little effort this can become an archetype without affecting core skills. I do not understand what is the purpose of having points to invest in subskills that do Near zero damage and are not sinergic
