I have 8 points in Blossoming Garden, as per the bonus description, directly casting any spell should trigger Eterra’s Blessing being cast on a nearby minion.
I am casting Warcry, Avalanche (the non-channeled version), as well as Eterra’s Blessing itself, which all have tags of “Spell”. None of these are triggering my companion Spriggan to be buffed with Eterra’s Blessing. I know this because I specced into Spriggan to give me spell damage when Eterra’s Blessing is cast on it. When I directly cast Eterra’s Blessing on the Spriggan, it causes the Spriggan to grow slightly larger and updates my character stat sheet with the buffed spell damage. However, whenever I cast Eterra’s blessing on myself, Avalanche, or Warcry, none of these skills cause any change in my Spriggan or my tooltip spell damage. I only have one minion out and that is my Spriggan. Please advise, thanks.
Update: It appears Warcry intermittently procs the bonus. But it is very inconsistent without any patterning. Does not matter how far I am away from my Spriggan. Avalanche or casting Eterra’s Blessing on myself continues to never proc it.
Okay I just tested it again. It seems as though if I do not directly heal my spriggan first, it will not work correctly. So I still think there is a bug with the way skills interact with that passive. If I cast Eterra’s blessing first, then subsequently Blossoming Garden will proc. However if I go into a new map and never cast Eterra’s Blessing on my Spriggan myself, it never gets buffed passively with Blossoming Garden no matter how long I wait.
I’m having similar problems trying to proc this skill by using a spell. It either doesn’t work, or doens’t work on full life minions/ companions, or is invisible and doesn’t interact with Eterra’s blessings passives so there is no way to tell if it is working.
